The Charlottesville Democratic Committee
If you want to help Josh’s Campaign #FlipThe5th and unseat Bob (No)Good, you have lots of good ways to pitch in these critical last 19 days of GOTV:
Lots of options, sign up at https://www.mobilize.us/joshforvirginia:
2. Josh Throneburg-Bob Good Candidates Forum– Wednesday night 7pm on October 26th at Hampden-Sydney College’s Crawley Forum building. Space is extremely limited, so most of us will be watching remotely: you can stream it from Josh’s campaign website or look for it WSET (Lynchburg ABC 13). Note: if the Campaign announces anything special (watch parties??) for the debate last-minute we’ll let everyone know through our website, Twitter, Facebook, and email. Be thinking about undecided voters who you/we might invite to watch with you/us!
If you want to see Bob Good sent packing, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and take action!
These 1-pagers show the clear contrast between Josh and his extreme right (and do-nothing) Republican incumbent opponent on issues like Democracy, Education, Gun Violence Prevention, Protecting the Fifth District, and Women’s Issues.
Please share these with friends and neighbors who don’t yet know who Josh is, and they’ll understand why it’s critical that we Flip the Fifth! And if they need more reasons:
For information on other issues, see Josh’s website https://joshforvirginia.com/issues (and for more on Josh himself, see https://joshforvirginia.com/#meet-josh).
Every Saturday we meet to canvass (10-Noon and/or 1-3) at the Dairy Market, 946 Grady Ave. Join us and help get Josh elected!
Also:
The Campaign’s events are all listed and described at https://www.mobilize.us/joshforvirginia
And every Thursday we do our popular “Turn Out the Vote Thursdays” from 5-7pm outside of Brazos Tacos at Ix Art Park. In addition to building the party and helping get Josh elected, it’s a fun community-building event and a great way to get to know other Dems! We’ll soon be writing postcards for the Throneburg Campaign. There are lots of ways you can pitch in, contact Nancy Damon at nancycdamon@gmail.com for information.
