Earth Day 2022 was a big success! We reached lots of new people and registered more new voters by attending three community events:

UVA Climate March

A well attended event that made the lead story in the Daily Progress. City Councilor Michael Payne, some of the march organizers, Donna Shaunesey, and others VIPs stopped for photo-ops with visiting cardboard dignitary Greta Thunberg. A few more of our photos below.

Fridays for Future (Ix Art Park) and Loving Mother Earth Festival (Stonefield)

We tabled at both events, Fridays for Future also had a lot of VIPS people dropping by, including 5th District House of Representatives candidate Josh Throneburg, Sen. Creigh Deeds, and the Green Grannies. Photos below.
