We had dozens of people at the past event, with former US Attorney Tim Heaphy speaking about the January 6 insurrection and potential ways to patch national divisions. His suggestions included starting with speaking with people who think differently and listening to their concerns, and perhaps mandatory national service for young people, such as serving in communities or in parks because different kinds of people working together can find common ground.
