DESCRIPTION:Our “Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Thursdays” gatherings are very popular! \nEvery Thursday from 5-7pm\, we’ll be sending out canvassers – that’s job #1 one right now. \nWe’ll also be making phone calls\, writing postcards and sending texts. Please plan to join us on the lawn outside of Brazos Tacos at Ix Art Park. Since the picnic bench can fill up fairly quickly\, please bring a chair or blanket to sit on the grass. If you plan to respond to texts\, please bring a laptop or tablet or charged phone. If weather is bad\, we’ll be inside of Brazos Tacos. \nBuying and mailing postcards is expensive.
