DESCRIPTION:The Exec Committee will be meeting this Monday (Sept 23) at 6:30pm in the Jefferson Room at the Jefferson Madison Library. We have LOTS to accomplish\, so we’re asking almost everyone to\, ‘do their homework’\, in order to get through everything on the agenda in a timely manner. Here goes…\n\nPRECINCT CAPTAINS\nPlease come ready with specific answers to these 3 questions:\n\n\nDo you have any resources you need before election day? (signs / literature / plans for a precinct gathering / etc.)\nWhat specific resources (not including volunteers) do you need/want for your election day tables? Do you need a tent? Water cooler? Candy or decorations for your table? Something else? We want each precinct to be able to make the table welcoming and informative\, so let us know what you need.\nHave you started recruiting volunteers yet? What’s the status in terms of human resources? (Jason will be getting out the form for volunteer sign-up)\n\nSUZANNE\, JEREMY\, JASON\nPlease give us updates on status in your area of leadership\, any plans between now and election day\, and any needs you have.\n\nMARY ANN\nPlease give us the Thursday night plan from now till Nov 5. Also\, can you give us an inventory of the following – postcards / stamps / addresses remaining / $ for stamps.\n\nKUSHAAN & FRANCES (+ Will & Suzanne)\nPlease come prepared to introduce yourselves\, give us an update on what you’re doing\, and lay out your plans for the final 6 weeks of the campaign.
