Come Have Some Fun!
We have one more Silent Auction event coming up, “Stone Soup,” Friday, Nov. 7, 6pm, at the home of Fred and Nancy Damon. There will be soup to eat and the election to discuss! Bob Chapel, former Chair of the UVA Drama Department, will give a dramatic reading of the beloved fairy tale, “Stone Soup”, which shows what people can accomplish when they work collectively!
The cost is a very modest $5 per person plus bring something to add to or with the vegetarian soup; perhaps a loaf of bread, cookies, or even leftover Halloween candy! If you’re interested, please contact Nancy.
