Katrina Callsen, an attorney, working parent, and Chair of the Albemarle County School Board, seeks to address critical issues affecting the community. She aims to protect women’s right to choose, support public education, expand access to healthcare, incentivize affordable housing rehabilitation, pass gun safety laws, and promote clean energy. As Deputy City Attorney she focuses on ensuring just, equitable, and healthy outcomes for children and families. Her role as Chair of the Albemarle School Board gives an understanding of challenges faced by the community’s educators, students, and families. Katrina is a candidate committed to addressing critical issues for all members of the community
